RATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation or modification by the guest:

1. The guest is reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.

2. The terms and conditions of the booked rate specify the procedures for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.

3. Prepaid reservations cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Deposits paid in advance are non-refundable. In such cases, this is specified in the rate's terms and conditions.

4. When the terms and conditions of the booked rate allow:

Reservations can be cancelled directly on the Site or via Mobile Services through the "View or cancel your reservation" section;
Reservations can be modified directly with the hotel; the phone number is provided in the reservation confirmation email.

5. In the event of an early departure by the guest, the full agreed price will be charged. For prepaid reservations, no refunds will be granted for this reason.

6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the guest must vacate the room by 12:00 PM on the final day of the reservation. Failure to do so will result in an additional night being charged.

7. All reservations are personal and may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances, whether free of charge, for a fee, or for commercial purposes.
